My Life as a Roomer

Up and Away From Home
From now on, I’m blogging in English. Wants to know why? Read my previous post :-). I’m practicing English because the world is flat and we will open-up many chances when we can speak English fluently. Thanks to Mr. Godong for motivating me to blog in English (hey, I think your last name is funny, hehe, btw, I hope you will get your PhD title soon)

I live in BSD City, Serpong now and I’m working in Balicamp as a Java programmer. So many smart people there and need a lot of effort to catch up their skills. Java world has so many options (from IDE, web framework, persistence framework, reporting, etc) and it is very good for everyone who loves learning. But I think Microsoft one-stop-solution more developer-friendly :-). Usually Microsoft also provides very good documentation and tutorial.

I used to eat bread for breakfast almost everyday. I eat with eggs, jam, chocolate sprinkles, cheese, shredded meat (abon), hehe, it’s so variative, isn’t it? Do you guys have any other suggestions?

I’m using post-paid Fren to connect internet in my boarding house. It’s so slow and expensive (Rp. 2/kb).

I have so many times here because I almost never watch TV or read a newspaper :-). I know deeply-stressed-Korean guy named Cho from detik.com.
My suggestion for all of you, do not watch TV too often, you can use your times for something more useful like read a good book, take lessons, or pray to your God indeed.

Btw, there’s a good free English dictionary application named WordWeb. Thanks to Mr. Donald for the info.
